Can you give us a job overview?

Back in 2014, Laurier wanted to revamp all of the landmark signs around their Waterloo campus. The new design was eventually approved, and these monument signs are now landmarks on campus and have helped to foster the great relationship Wilfrid Laurier and Signs Galore now share.

Was there something unique about this project?

This project used 1 inch clear acrylic, granite, and aluminum. The monument sign had edge lighting and floating channel letters. We were able to take a problem, solve it, and make it into something better than they could have ever imagined.

How did the client approach you?

Three different companies were asked to quote, and Signs Galore won the bid in the end. They were faced with a challenge. Laurier wanted Signs Galore to come up with completely new and different designs from the one they originally quoted.
